Mothership here. Last Sunday I was at the Grizzly Awards where we were recognizing rock and metal artists that released music in 2021. Also on Sunday, the CVJM Loud and Proud Festival in Germany published their final lineup for the festival. As part of the booking team, I was involved in that as well. Needless to say the last few weeks have been a little busy for me. Next week I’ll be back to my regular schedule of inteviews featuring a call with Josepth Rojas of Seventh Day Slumber and Rockfest Records on April 18. This week on Backstage With Mothership you will hear a soundbite from the upcoming interview with Joseph Rojas as well as hear from some of the people that made the Grizzly Awards possible.
The Grizzly Awards exists to create faith-based rock and metal, and this year’s event will continue in that tradition by not only celebrating the winners in this year’s 15 categories, but celebrating the community as a whole. Each performance, presentation and special segment is meant to present a collage of this industry’s impact in 2021.
